Himon hahmoja esittelevä Meistä-sarja jatkuu. Tällä kertaa framille nostetaan Esa. Tarkemmin Esa Pulliainen, Himon armoitettu apukäsi, Bierkkalan olutasiantuntija sekä K-Citymarket Pirkkalan juomaosaston vastaava.

Pulliaisen päässä on siis ajoittan useampikin hattu, mutta tämän oluen kohdalla päässä on myös monta pintiä. Esan suunnittelema 4-prosenttinen best bitter kun on tarkoitettu kunnon vetämiseen; oli takapuolen alla sitten patinoituneen brittipubin, riehakkaan jalkapallokatsomon tai vaikka hieman reteämmän iltapäiväteehetken jakkara.

Peribrittiläisten oppien mukaisesti Meistä: Esa on punaruskea olut, jonka makumaailmasta löytyy ne kaikista klassisimmat elementit kekseistä ja pähkinöistä aina raikastavampaan hedelmäisyyteen.

Can (from Himo Shop). Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is biscuity, some mild berries, nuts and mild wooden tones. Flavour is biscuity, some sweetness, mild nutty tones with wood and mild spruce like bitterness. Smooth.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Clear copper colour, small head. Caramelly treacle aroma. Mid sweet with light to medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Treacle, leafs and nuts. Mid bitter finish.

Can 440ml (KCM Pirkkala) Chestnut colour, steady beige head. Aroma has nuttyness, chocolate but also fermatation fumes... Light-bodied. Light nutty and choclolate flavour. Sweetish. Watery finish. Tolerable but not a bitter to have more..

Can 0.44l at home, Nivala. Enjoyed straight from the bottle. Aromas and flavours: Some chocolate, some bread, some nuts... very easy typical finnish bitter.
