We invited our good friend Mark from Dungeon brewing over to get a little dirty. Making a sudden impact we knocked up a DIPA using Citra, Chinook and Idaho 7. A complex beer where we let the hops sit for longer and two strains of yeast ferment out over the holiday season. Not your normal DIPA.

2/2/2024. Cask at the 14th Elysian Winter Beer Festival. Pours cloudy/murky dark orange/golden brown with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma is citrus, stewed fruits, caramel, orange, biscuits. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness and body. Soft carbonation.
