Pours an almost perfectly transparent pale golden with visible carbonation. A medium sized quite firm white head shows good retention and very nice lacing. Aroma: a malty base of hay/cereal followed by herbal/grassy, borderlining resiny notes, with a light background of fruitiness (in the likes of mature/jam-like citric notes). A clean but not too vivid aroma. Taste notes follow the aroma closely (plus a slight hint of honey), again with good definition but not that much brightness/intensity. Well balanced in the mouth and a tad more bitter than style average in finish/aftertaste, with grassy notes edging slightly towards resinous and earthy. Pretty light bodied, with average carbonation; a quite classic easygoing mouthfeel. Overall well made and enjoyable, despite it's name i didn't find it that refreshing for style standards.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata limpida, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso tanto luppolo, erbaceo, leggera crosta di pane. In bocca conferma le sensazioni al naso, con un amaro ben presente e discretamente persistente. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione media. Un po' troppo spinta per i miei gusti, ma senza dubbio fatta bene.
