We spared no fruit in this pastry sour beer, brewed in collaboration with the Dutch brewery, Muifelbrouwerij. The passion fruit and blackcurrant is an interesting pairing, which with the biscuit crumbs and vanilla really reminds us of a summer cake.

Sampled @ Bierfestival Oirschot 2025. Kind of bright reddish color, small beige head. Don't get anything in the aroma tbh. Flavor is lightly sourish red fruit and light tart. Not bad but not very interesting either. 8-6-7-7-6,5

Geprobeerd op het Brabants Speciaalbier Festival in Oirschot met LiekevdV, Inoven, Roelzie en Benzai. Het is een troebel rood bier. Het heeft een aroma van rood fruit. De smaak is vol fruitig en fris zuur, bosbessen, frambozen.

From tap @ Keleti Waiting Room in Budapest, Hungary. Head is, medium, pink, almost good retention. Colour is reddish, hazy. Aroma is blackcurrants, passion fruits, citrus, berries. Taste is really nice blackcurrants, passion fruits touch, lemon, bit vanilla, biscuits, light sour fruity, decent bitterness, nice one, enjoyed.
