From tap at Utrechtse Bierbrouwersfestival 2016. Aroma is lots of tart raspberry, sweetish red fruits, Roosvicee. Flavour is light sweet and sour. Body is light to medium. Not bad, but could be a lot more sour for my taste.

Tap at UBF’16, Utrecht: Red colored brew with an sweet with an little of sour taste, hints of sweety and tarty raspberries. Berliner Weisse with an abv of 6%, i thought that style is 3% at least?

van tap @Utrechtse Bierbrouwers Festival 2017, mooi rood/roze met minimale witte kraag. aroma van fruitzuurtjes, zoet, yoghurt, framboos. smaken van een matig/redelijk bittertje, wat fruitige framboos maar niet overdreven veel, matig zuur, yoghurt, ook lichte metalige toets, verder wat dun/waterig en de metalige bitterheid overheerst toch wel wat tov het frisse,

Draft @ UBF 2017. Hazy red color. No head. Aroma’s: sour, fruit, raspberries, yoghurt/lactic. Retronasal it’s raspberries, yoghurt/lactic, sourish. Flavor is sour, wheaty. Light bodied. Finishes with some bitterness, which doesn’t fit this beer well. OK and refreshing though.
