Our collaboration with retired Turoni's brewer, Jack Frey. Named after Jack's wife, (and her favorite beer that he used to brew). This beer has had different names throughout the years, but previously most popular as Black Light. It's beer reported this Schwarzbier is black as Roon's soul (you can be the judge). A beer that is dark, but is still light. Make sense? Neither does Roon.

Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7
Chocolate malt, hay, and ash aroma. Dark brown with moderate tan head. Moderately sweet creamy chocolate malt, and mildly bitter ash and hay flavor. Good body.
