Getting to the bottom of the 2nd 6-pack, holding up perfectly, after a few months; mellow, fruity, perfect balance between bitterness and sweetness; excellent malt base; as I drink another bottle, I appreciate it more and more.
2024-05-21, bottle from Community Food Co-Op, Bellingham, WA, thanks to Sergey, 8-5-8-4-17=42
Blond to golden colour, bright, with compact head; minimal haze. Aroma of candied orange, light malt, light pine. Good body, moderately sweet; the mal tbase is mellow, bready, juicy, with honey and hay hints; bold hopping, but the bitterness is not even exaggerated; the hop character plays with candied pineapple elements, orange, gentle pine. Excellent.

12 oz. bottle, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Nose is full of rich resinous hops, bitter pine, and some biscuity malt. Flavour is pure old school, with tons of resinous hops, bitter pine, and just enough caramel malt to provide some sweetness to balance. Lovely resinous character to this. Ideal balance. Excellent.

12oz @ 🏡 Appearance: a bit hazy pale copper with a white head. Aroma: malty, some hops. Taste: bold, low to moderate sweet, a bit of caramel, piney bitterness, boozy. Overall: kinda a malt-forward, bold, boozy beer, not very prominent, not much hops. Ok.

12oz bottle pours with a crystal clear copper body that has golden hues and supports a nice white head of foam. The aroma offers up grapefruit, spicy hops and pine as well as some pineapple and cantaloupe. The taste has a pleasing blend of bitter hop grapefruit, pine and danky spiciness. Behind the old school hoppy goodness are soft sweet juicy notes of pineapple and cantaloupe that are getting in the way of what I want this thing to do. Pretty solid offering.

Capped 12 oz from the Nugget Market in Woodland, CA. Pours clear bright copper with a moderate beige head. Aroma is spicy, pine, earthy and dank. Some detectible roasty malt in support. Getting close to full bodied. Dry tho there's a lot of malt. Definitely bitter. Malty dank with some other flavor aspects works for me. Clearly there was no skimping on ingredients. It's really good ale. Note: Spice become pretty significant after awhile.
