Bottle split at Level 42, thanks to Scopey, 16/08/16. Lightly hazed golden with a decent off white swirl. Nose is lime jus, straw, green peppers, chilli, toasted grains. Taste comprises green chillis, straw, green pepper, light citric peel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok for style, chilli kick but not mental.

Sample at the hanging bat. Pours hazy yellow, nose is yeasty, toffee, lime, light chilli, taste is juicy, sweet, long chilli burn. 12/8/16 bottle at home. Pours deep orange, nose is lime, caramel, capsicum, taste is zesty lime, toffee, fiery Habanero, burn stays with you.

Keg at The Rake (a whole pint!) and keg at BrewDog Clapham. It pours hazy orange - amber with a medium white head. The aroma is fresh, juicy, stewed citrus, bread, chilli pepper and green vegetables. The taste is crisp, bitter - sweet, warming habanero chilli spice throughout, mango salsa, pithy lime, pepper, straw and citrus peel with a dry, spicy finale. Medium body and moderate carbonation. For a fan of chilli I think the balance is spot on. Yes of course its spicy but it never gets too hot and somehow makes you come back for more...
