This beautiful summer sour has been conditioned on hundreds of kilograms of raspberries, strawberries and rhubarbs. Tart and jammy, loaded with oats to add the nostalgic notes of a nice fruit crisp. It is refreshing, delicious, and also pinky!

473ml can. Pours a cloudy red pink with a small, creamy, long lasting, off-white head that leaves soapy curtains of lace. Aroma of bready pale malt, rhubarb, yogurt, strawberry jam and lacto. Sweet fruity flavour of bready pale malt, rhubarb, strawberry, raspberry, lemon, oats and lacto in a dry, sour, acidic finish. Light body with an oily to watery texture and average carbonation. Juicy and refreshing. Nice pucker power.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a cloudy bright reddish pink with a small white head. Aroma is very yogurty, with tons of lacto, light rhubarb, and sugar. Flavour is sweet and sour, with lots of rhubarb syrup, sugar, and lacto. Way too sweet and artificial. Just bad.

4oz pour at brewery. Pours murky pinkish red with white head. Aroma has sweet and stringent rhubarb. Flavour is quite sour, notes of rhubarb and strawberry jam. This one feels a bit haphazard.
