When powering up this sour, the pineapple switch was fully engaged to deliver maximum voltage flavour. To do that, we added 320lbs of real pineapple puree. This powerful fruit addition transmits more than enough current to hear it sing loud and clear.

473ml can. Pours a slightly hazy blonde with a small, foamy, short lived, off-white head that laces. Mild aroma of bready wheat malt, pineapple and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of bready wheat malt, pineapple, cinnamon and floral hops in a crisp, dry, tart finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Not bad, but I was a little disappointed. The pineapple was too subtle.
