Interesting! Not so much shiso but it’s there. Feels maybe more like a fruited sour. But saison elements there too. Very nice.

Tap at Gifu Beer Festival. Golden orange. Nose is shiso--perilla leaves. Also some citrus, spicy Belgian yeast, bready malt. Slightly tart shiso and citrus flavor, I did not get the rye, but it was spicy, also because of the yeast. Interesting a fun, though probably don't need a lot.
