Brewed (collaboration) with Motueka hops brought by our friends Wildflower Brewing & Blending in Sydney. Fruity on yellow and white fruits, floral, sublte and balanced.

Hazy pale blond colour with thin head. Smells yeasty and seems to have coriander. Yeasty and spicy taste. Low sweetness.

Draught at Churchkey: pours clear gold with a white head. Aroma is floral, lightly fruity, slightly herbal, hay. Taste is pretty bitter, floral. Nice.

Very nicely done. Sharp and butter hay, some bark. Golden pour with great fluffy head. Complex body. Bitter end. Very nice saison. Tap at Sovereign.
