33cl bottle. A almost clear yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of lactic fruits, citra, yeast, some herbs. Taste of sour citrus fruits, yeast, lime, high carbonation.

Lichtgeel bier met heel veel stevig schuim. Smaak is licht zuur en fruitig met iets van bessen en citrus. Ondanks ik niet van de zure bieren ben vind ik deze best te doen.

Cloudy pale yellow colour with no head. Aroma and flavour have plenty of citrus. Wheaty. Light bodied. Refreshingly sharp.

0.33 l bottle at Pivoteka, Zagreb. Shared with PH Pit, Wrong Kika and Robby Maniac. Hazy yellow, small white or off-white head. Clean lacto aroma. Slightly funky, lemony, fruity. Light malts. Low sourness. Light lemony finish.

Bottled 330ml. -from Pivoteka Zagreb. Pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, mild sourish nose with citrusy notes. Rather strong carbonation. Sourish citrusy, mild tropical fruits and touch of grass with some spicy notes in the finish. Refreshing.

Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours fairly transparent gold with quickly fading foam. Aroma is grapes, sour vegetables, Brett. Body is fairly dense with moderate carbonation. Good astringency. Taste is pretty sour, calming down after some minutes. Finish is fairly short and clean.

Fles 33cl thuis. Sour Witbier. Zurig, licht wrang, licht weeïg, fruitig, sinaasappelschil, gele grapefruit, lemon, koriander, grassig, wat droog, redelijk koolzuur. (23-2-2019).

Cloudy pale golden colour with only a short lasting white head. Smells of lactic sourness, light sulphuric. Retronasal there's some of the witbier spices and even a little sweetness. Taste is moderate lactic sour with a grainish touch. Light bodied. Normal carbonation. Flavour lingers, but sourness all but disappears. OK, but nothing exciting.

(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 23 Aug 2018) Pale golden colour, hazy, with frothy white head. Fruity, slightly sourish nose with lemon, grapefruit and green grapes. Fruity, slightly tart taste with notes of grapefruit, lemon, sour grapes, grass and a mild citric bitterness. Medium body, dry. Tasty and refreshing, with a fresh acidity. Quite nice.

33cl Bottle. Golden colour, white head. Aroma of lime, coriander seed, wheat. Flavour is light sour, lime, coriander seed, wheat, lemon juice, tart finish. Light bodied. Nice starter indeed.
