Lichtgeel bier met heel veel stevig schuim. Smaak is licht zuur en fruitig met iets van bessen en citrus. Ondanks ik niet van de zure bieren ben vind ik deze best te doen.

Bottled 330ml. -from Pivoteka Zagreb. Pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, mild sourish nose with citrusy notes. Rather strong carbonation. Sourish citrusy, mild tropical fruits and touch of grass with some spicy notes in the finish. Refreshing.

Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours fairly transparent gold with quickly fading foam. Aroma is grapes, sour vegetables, Brett. Body is fairly dense with moderate carbonation. Good astringency. Taste is pretty sour, calming down after some minutes. Finish is fairly short and clean.

Cloudy pale golden colour with only a short lasting white head. Smells of lactic sourness, light sulphuric. Retronasal there's some of the witbier spices and even a little sweetness. Taste is moderate lactic sour with a grainish touch. Light bodied. Normal carbonation. Flavour lingers, but sourness all but disappears. OK, but nothing exciting.

(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 23 Aug 2018) Pale golden colour, hazy, with frothy white head. Fruity, slightly sourish nose with lemon, grapefruit and green grapes. Fruity, slightly tart taste with notes of grapefruit, lemon, sour grapes, grass and a mild citric bitterness. Medium body, dry. Tasty and refreshing, with a fresh acidity. Quite nice.
