Garden uses only craft malts, which are roasted in the wood oven of the farmhouse Baladin. The typical colour of a tunic monk with a solid cream characterized of chestnut brown shades. The scent is smoked and chestnut. The taste is roasted chestnut, paired with amaretto and carob flavors. Perfect with cured meats and tasty middle-age cheese.

Draught at Baladin Open, Rome. Lightly cloudy, reddish amber colored. AROMA- smoky, bacon, cherry, red berries, strawberry. FLAVOR- neutral, slightly bitter, strawberry, earthy, blackcurrant, smoky, wood. Fuller bodied. Very good.

Draft glass @ Open Baladin. Dark brown amber, tanned head. Nose is herbal, low medicinal bay leaf, grains. Taste is herbal oily smoke, grainy, bay leave, thick chewy oily malty body with heavy tea smoke. Very nice.

On tap @Open Baladin Torino. Bruna/tonaca di frate, schiuma avorio media. Al naso note di malti torbati, caramello, caldarroste. In bocca è dolcd'occhio finale torbato medio e una leggera sapidità. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-leggera. Buona.
