Garden uses only craft malts, which are roasted in the wood oven of the farmhouse Baladin. The typical colour of a tunic monk with a solid cream characterized of chestnut brown shades. The scent is smoked and chestnut. The taste is roasted chestnut, paired with amaretto and carob flavors. Perfect with cured meats and tasty middle-age cheese.

Draft @ Baladin Roma. Ambrée, col crémeux beige. Arôme au bouquet bien fumé, rétro fin caramel avec qcq notes de malt pâle, houblonné en retrait dans le noble, fumé reste là et bien plaisant. Palais est légèrement fumé, en ligne avec le faible abv. Petite amertume venant d'un houblon plutôt noble, malt pâle, Bamberg fumé et une petite touche plus douce de cara ambre sur la fin.
