DEEP SPACE HARVEST is a Double IPA brewed with a generous amount of naked oats and wheat and hopped with a ton of Idaho 7 on the brewhouse. In an effort to find a balance between dank, sticky, sappy pine and tropical fruit juice notes we double dry hopped this beer with a blend of CTZ, Citra, BRU-1, Strata, and El Dorado. The result is a beautifully hazy DIPA, reeking of tropical fruit and orange zest on the nose, with a blend of mango and pine on the taste.

Blik geprobeerd op verjaardag bij Benzai. Het is een troebel geel bier met een dun wit schuim. Het heeft een aroma van tropische vruchten en hop. De smaak is vol fruitig, ananas, mango en hop.

Can at home. Hazy yellow color, white head. Aroma is lovely: a decent malt body but dominated by resinous hops. Flavor is malts, hops, resinous hoppy and plenty of piney hop notes in there as well with a very good hoppy and malty bitterness in the finish. Medium body and decent to medium carbonation. Awesome beer!

475ml. can. @home, 06/04/2024 [#7.041 Global - #1.262 United States of America - #3 Widowmaker Brewing] Pours deep golden with a lacing off-white head. Aroma: raw pineapple, sugary malts and apricot juice. Taste: tropical fruits, pineapple and orange pith. Light hop burn. Nice hoppy edge. Next one please!
