Can from Livonia Liquor. Pours a hazy, honey gold color with a finger of white foam that lingers. Lovely aromas of dried honey, lemon, straw and funk. As it warms the rooibos really shines. More of the same on the palate with lemon, funk and dried honey standing out on the front end and rooibos notes of wood and stem with some almond flavors round out the finish. Not overly acidic or tart. Very nice.

Fat på Brewskival 2022, lör. Gul disig med vit krona. Doftar av roobios. Smakar rooibos, snällt gräsigt/blommigt, vete, nästan lite sälta? Funk, låg syra. Helt ok.
