Wheaty malty and yeasty spicy, slightly yeasty fruity and mildly funky aroma, herbal-grassy overtones, hints of pepper, white pepper, coriander, cardamom, a touch of apple, fresh hay, whiffs of grapefruit peel. Taste is wheaty malty with very low residual sweetness, yeasty spicy and yeasty fruity, mildly funky, herbal-grassy hoppy and minimally tart, hints of apple and nectarine, fresh hay, a touch of grapefruit peel, less explicit, more homogeneous spiciness compared to the nose.
Watery texture, smooth, simultaneously slightly dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation.
Relatively complex, mild, very refreshing - enjoyable.
