Ale with Coriander and Lemon
Television People is our refreshing kölsch-weisse ale infused with coriander and lemon peel. Brewed with German pilsner and wheat malts and hopped in the kettle with Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Centennial hops, this beer is then fermented cold with a familiar German ale strain before a long cold condition. A haunting Bizarre original.

16oz can from Tavour. Clear golden pour with a fizzy white head. Grainy aroma, cereal, sweet, musty. Taste is sweet, biscuity, corn. Silky feel, kind of a sticky finish. Really, really tasty!

Aromas are just very basic mild beer. Flavors are an interesting but non-traditional mix of kolsch, weisse and hops. Bittersweet. Okay body and good carbonation. Not bad not great.

16 oz. can. Pours a clear, golden color, with a medium, foamy, white head. The aroma is lemongrass, coriander, bread dough, and mild resin. Sweet and malty, with a mellow bitterness. Light, crisp, grainy, and a little sticky. Clean and quality.
