Inspired by the US West Coast, Palamino created this hop-heavy American Pale Ale with generous amounts of Cascade and Chinook hops. Expect citrus fruit and pine with a dry, bitter finish – their take on a modern classic.

330ml bottle from Stori Beer & Wine, Bala. Pours hazy copper with a frothy white head. Presents a soft citric hop aroma with very faint orange hop glimpses, the grapefruit bitterness kind of taking precedent on the palette. A commendable effort for this new brewery.
