Nutty and toasty, and rich in malt aroma - thanks to the use of Parkland Pale & Chocolate Malt from Red Shed Malting. Mild and balanced with just a hint of citrus and toffee. This brown ale was crafted using all Alberta Malt, grown and malted just outside of Calgary, by Red Shed Malting at their family farm and craft Malthouse.

473ml can. Pours a clear amber brown with a small, creamy, long lasting, beige head that leaves curtains of lace. Aroma of toasted malt, nuts, toffee and faint chocolate. Sweet flavour of toasted biscuit malt, chocolate, toffee, orange peel, nuts and leafy green hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light to medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. Delicious, one of the best brown ales I've ever tried.
