Tap. La Capsule, Lille. Hazed pale gold. Slim ring of white. Nose has dried white grape. Fresh oak. Brett. Nettle leaf like hop. Taste is tangy and a little sweet. Light bitterness. Nicely refreshing with a bright vinous twang. Good gear and certainly out of the ordinary.

Strasbourg Craft Beer Fest. Hazy yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of tart herbal, yellow fruits. Aroma of lime, cucumber, herbs, zest.
