Appearance: semi-hazy/muddy orange color with a three finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace.
Aroma: floral, citrusy and freshly cut grass hop scents up front with a mild biscuity malt backbone
Flavor: blends the prior mentioned aromas to a semi-bitter yet substantial sweet bready toned character; finishes crisp with the floral and grassy hops
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; fairly smooth along the tongue but also some floral hop grit - just noticeable but nothing bothersome
Overall: probably one of my favorite beers to date by Frau Gruber, really like this modern twist on a traditional style

A slightly hazy golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of gently grassy and citrusy hops, flowers, pale malt. Taste of juicy hops, roses, scented hops, citra. Moderate to long bitter finish.

Herb-hopfiger, deutlich bitterer Beginn. Frischer Hopfen, trocken werdend, die Bitterkeit steigt an. Spritzig, würzig, langer bitterhopfiger Abgang. Gelungen. 8/11/10/11/10/10
