Bottle shared with JFE at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Brussels, 04.10.19. Pale golden. White head. Aroma of brett, dirt cellar and sour citrus. Acid, dry and stringent mouthfeel.

08/09/2019 @home - 75cl bottle from Malt Attacks.
Hazy light yellow, big white head. Nose is grains, lemon, apple, vanilla, wood. Taste is grains, lemon, hint of apple, vanilla, wood. Nice!

750ml bottle. A bit raw, yeasty and farmyardy with some mineraly sourish earthiness, fruits, funky notes and tartness. Okay.

Corked bottle. Orange blonde. Grapefruit, lemon and oak in the aroma. Sour flavor with citrus, oak. Lovely geuze, not very complex, but tasty and aromatic.

Flaska från Etre Gourmete drucken med ölföreningen. Smak och doft av hö, stall, jord, äpple, apelsin och funk. Pigg frisk smak, murrig och fin beska. Mycket gott.

Bottle. Slightly cloudy orange with airy, massive, white head. Funky and fruity with citrus, oak, hay. Quite simplistic but does the trick.

Bottle. Struise shop, Bruges. Opened with a huge pop. Not a gusher though. Pale, copper gold. Soft haze. Loads of fast rising, lively, fine bubbles. Big head of lasting, semi lacing, bright white head. Looks boss. Nose has it all, really. New leather. Oak. Fusty lemon brett. Apple pomace. Touch of vanilla and lemon rind. Taste is tart, clean, and very mineraly. Some hop bitterness. Medium body. Massaging carbonation. Very smooth, with low acidity. Tart, bretty bitterness to finish. Really good. Condition is fantastic, compared with the other I had from this producer. Maybe time did it’s thing.
