Bottle, 75cl. Lightly gushing. An unclear orange colored beer with a big white head. Funky aroma, lemon and earth, some leather and grass. It's a bit effervescent, dry and tart, medium bodied. Rather earthy flavor too, with lemon, leather and barnyard. Lasting funky finish. Nice indeed. 200531

Bottle from the interwebs. Cork popped out all by itself....! Gusher which calmed down after a bit. It pours hazy golden amber with a thick, fluffy whippy of a white head. The aroma is musty, damp basement, mouldy, wet hay, leather, citrus peel, rich funk, dust and earth. The taste is firmly dry, puckering and sour upfront, crisp, musty, deep funk, damp mouldy basement, barnyard, touch of tannin, gooseberry, white grape, pomelo and some minerality with a dry and funky. Medium body and big fluffy carbonation. Lovely and funky. Quenching and moreish. Good stuff.

Bottle: Poured an amber/orangey color lambic with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of funky yeast notes with light barnyard notes and plenty go oak is pretty enticing. Taste is also a great mix of funky barn yard notes with wild yeast, dry Brett green apples with plenty of oak notes. Body is fuller then average with excellent carbonation. Excellent and complex lambic.
