75cl bottle (5,5%, bottled 06/2019) from Cora in Brussels. F: big, egg-white, almost good retention! C: shiny gold, hazy. A: woody, sour fruity, gooseberries, bit brett, green berries. T: medium malty base, sour fruit but not too much, gooseberries, bit passion fruits, bit puckering, orange touch, woody, brett, bit lactic, peach, medium carbonation, decent long lasting bitterness along the sourness, very nice balanced and delicious for the style, fully enjoyed.

Bouteille (750ml, bottled 5/18): Hazy, orangey coloured, stable (!) and creamy (!) white head, lively carbonation, moderate sourish nose of lemons, malic acid and cellary aromas; moderate dry sour flavour with a little residual sweetness, nearly medium bodied, sparkling like good champagne; lingering dry and sour finish of lemons and sour apples, supported by a wet cellar. Very complex, very refreshing and satisfying summer drink...

Bottle. Unclear golden body with a nice white head. Nice, classic, funky lambic aroma. Taste is refreshing, quite smooth, acidic, funky, some citric fruit and hint of yeast. Fine balanced body and pleasant, long lasting aftertaste. Nice one.

Bottle shared at Colin's lockdown tasting. Thanks to Colin for this one. A light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is nice big dungy funk, white wine, horse, lemon rind. Flavour is composed of nice clean grains, lemon rind, clear gueze funk, white grape, horsey bretty funk,. Bee sting. Palate is tangy, highish carbonation. Really good.
