Bottom-fermented dark beer produced in collaboration with the Lebanese brewery Elmir using syrup of date, one of the most typical fruits of the Levant. The hints of dried fruit, coffee and toffee prelude an initial sensation of roundness which soon gives way to a long and dry finish, reminiscent of bitter cocoa.

Can, big bubbly foamy off white head, hazy brown colour with reddish hues, quite malty, brown bread like with some molasses and a slight hint of dates, medium sweetness. One dimensional and not too exciting.

Brassigaume 2024. A clear reddish brown beer with a beige head. Aroma of mild roasted dark malt, caramel. Taste of roasted dark malt, figs, coffee, caramel.
