Gourmet-Fläschla (vom Pfischterla): Golden, hazy, small and stable off-white head; moderate sweetish malty nose with a tinge of herbal hops and moderate flavours of woodfire; mild to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied, quite soft; slightly lingering sweet malty and herbal-citrussy finish, some wood and smoke in the aftertaste. A pleasant little Rauchbier for beginners...

Mildly sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a soft carbonation. Smoky malty and slightly chalky taste with notes of bread, caramel, oak and a whiff of Steckerlfisch; mildly sweet and delicately hop bitter finish with chalky notes and a cautious smoky end.
