Inspired by our love of continental pilsners Haus Pils is brewed with a blend of Weyermann Barke Pilsner malt and Domestic pilsner malt. Single decocted and fermented with our favorite German lager year. Hopped throughout the boil with Michigan grown Zuper Saaz and Oregon grown Sterling we feel these two hops in combination provide the classic European flavors and aromas you'd expect in a European pilsner while abiding to our environmental sustainability goal. Delicate grainy and grassy pilsner malt notes lay the base for the "nobleish" hops to shine. Light floral, fresh grass, and citrus aromas with a bone dry clean finish.
