In the vast hop ocean of our Battles Royale, IDAHO 7, a small hop fish, swam nervously amidst giants—AZACCA, PHANTASM and STRATA casting a daunting presence. In a battle for bitterness and aromas, the small hop fish faced the predatory dance of the larger varieties with ease, because it knows something most brewers easily forget: within the hoppy ecosystem, balance prevailed, as Idaho7 contributed its unique essence to the aquatic symphony, reminding craft beer enthusiasts that even the littlest hops play a crucial role. Can shared. Hazy golden. Oats, peach, dried apricot, apple, herbal hops. Light sweet and bitter. Light bodied. Could use more hops....

Draft at Kompaan Binnenhaven. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, lemon lime. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, light sweet, with a light, crispy, fresh, mineral, lemon citrus, light floral hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. Light, but refreshing.
