A collab? Or maybe we should call it a duet? Especially when Blindman is brewing with Polyrhythm. And because breweries and brewers have musicality in their veins. There's always music playing in the back and in the taproom and endless convos around what they're going to listen to. Basically, you've got disparate interests coming to a consensus. (Although we know it's a stereotype that all brewers LOVE King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard - but, ya know, it's kinda true). So they're channeling that with this one. A Porter showcasing a London-esque water profile, but with a very Albertan barley base. Old school hops but with smoked malt and cacao nibs. So throw on your fave tunes and throw this one back and get after it.

473ml can. Pours a clear red brown with a small, creamy, short lived, tan head that laces nicely. Aroma of roasted malt, smoke, dark chocolate and coffee. Sweet flavour of roasted malt, dark chocolate, caramel and light smoke in a dry, bitter finish. Medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. Delicious and easy to put back.
