Hazies are a great canvas to explore a seemingly infinite amount of flavours. You can have so many notes played at one time, like a delicious Medley. We consider hazies a great way to experiment with hop expressions. For this reason, we consider it a polyphonic beer style, or rather "polyHOPic".
Trust us, this beer is much better than our terrible puns.
We get notes of ripe nectarine, papaya, citrus yuzu & white grape with a creamy texture that leaves you wanting more.
Hot Side Hops: Mosaic Incognito, Citra
Dry Hops: Enigma, Rakau

473ml can. Pours a cloudy orange yellow with yeast particles that sink to the bottom and a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that leaves soapy curtains of lace. Sweet fruity aroma of bready wheat malt, tangerine, cantaloupe, nectarine, green grape, earthy yeast and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of bready wheat malt, tangerine, nectarine, mango, pineapple, cantaloupe, green grape, papaya, earthy yeast and floral hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Medium body with a soft, silky smooth, creamy texture and soft carbonation. Juicy, delicious and easy to drink. Another banger from these guys. Quickly becoming one of Alberta's top breweries.
