A revitalised look at our old collaboration with Brasserie Du Mont Saleve. Using a Champagne yeast and a lovely dosing of bright US hops creates a hoppy yet dry and clean beer with a hint of funk to keep things lively.

Tap at 73 Enid Street. A almost clear golden coloured pour with a lasting white froth head. Aroma is interesting, sorachi vibes, creamy wheat, dill, floral notes, vanilla, white wine. Nice fresh rustic grains on the nose. Flavour is composed of rounded, creamy wheat, classic sorachi, vanilla, coconut, light alcohol bite, crisp white wine. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, moderate carbonation. Quite unique. Nice lingering saison yeast character.
