Bottle, courtesy of rouhlas during EuroLocalSwap 2/2016. A rather atypical Hefeweizen with lots of wheat taste and aroma. Still good banana, very clear and not overly ripe. Smooth silken foam and texture. Banana finish as well. Nice!

Bottle. Orange with yellow tinges. Huge white head with bits of lacing. Aroma of bananas, bubblegum and citrus fruits. Taste is fruity, malty, sweet and zesty. Hints of hops in the aftertaste. Strong carbonation. Doesn't hold a candle to the best of German Hefeweizens but it's quite nice when you've grown weary of greek Pale Lagers.

500ml bottle from an Inka supermarket in Rethymno. Creamy and dense white head to a apricot coloured body with a wheat haze. Aroma has got wheat together with touch of yeasty fruitiness. Wheat, clove, late banana, and sweet fruits to the taste buds balanced by a little tartness towards the end. Medium bodied. Refreshing and quite alright at the balcony of the hotel overlooking the Mediterranean Sea (Crete 09.09.2013).

Bottle at home. Pours a hazy light orange colour with a whipped eggwhite-like, medium head. Sweet aroma of banana, spices and lots of pale malt and wheat. Sweet flavour as well with some pale malt and alcohol. Pretty light actually. Slick and soft mouth feel, and a light bitterness. Decent enough but the flavour do not follow up.

Bottle @ hotelroom, Rethymnon. Pours hazy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma of wheat, banana, light spice, light lemonlike sourness. Flavor is sweet with wheat, banana, cloves, little honey, light lemon. Thin to medium body, lively carbonation. Refreshing and drinks good in the sun. 170813
