Bottled. An unclear yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of cloves, wheat, and a bit of banana. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat, banana, and some cloves, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

From tap at the Local Pub. Pours hazy yellow with athick white head. Aroma is estery fruity anddry. Fruity and estery fruity. Ends dry and estery.

Draught. Hazy tan colour. Fairly sizable, frothy head. Fruity aroma has a decent amount of malt as well as light fruity, gooseberry-type notes. Tiny bit of pedio. Not a particularly clean beer but you wouldn’t call it dirty either. I actually liked it a bit better on tap - fresh-tasting with less pedio. Score is for tap.

Even though it come from my country I actually had it for the first time in RBESG 09 in Sheffield. As typical as it gets hefeweizen. Domianting banana aroam and flavour. I have heard from friends that it is muc hmuch better on tap.

Bottled, thanks Nightfall! Cloudy pale orange, generous creamy head. Aroma of overripe banana and glue. Sweet malt, but with a lemony tartness. Medium bodied, but not really firm. Phenolic, where banana is dominant, but paper and glue lurks on a distance. Finishes with honey, lemon and vegetables. As far as commercial beers go this is a more than decent refresher, but it’s not in the same league as the best Bavarian examples.

Bottle at RBESG09 Grand tasting, Sheffield. Cloudy pale gold, thin white head. Weisse banana aroma, lemon, light. Some dryness on finish. Pretty drinkable, if basic, touch of soap.

Bottle 50cl. @ RBESG 09 Grand Tasting @ [ The Harlequin, Sheffield, England. ]Hazy medium yellow color with a average, creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is foam candy banana, paper, banana, bubble gum. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light citrus acidic with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. 50cl bottle hazy yellow, giant thick smooth soft white head. yest, peach, hony in the fruity, fresh sweet, but not ripe aroma. a little sweeter than your orndinary wheatbeer. flavor is wheat, honey, rye, banana. a very fruity wheat, but still refreshing and actually some dryness. the fruts stay fresh, not ripe, making the fruitiness work well. balanced very flavorfull wheat. good work macedonia thrace brewery. A macro with the words premium quality and special beer,where the beer actually lives up to it.
