This is a classic German inspired lager. Hallertau Hersbrucker gives this beer subtle floral notes and lager malt gives the rich depth of flavour. Lager yeast is used with long periods of cold conditioning to bring all the flavours together in a harmony that is easy to enjoy.

Bottle at the water of leith. Pours clear golden, nose is grassy, floral, malty, taste is sweet, grassy, bitter, floral.
