Draught@TCBW2022. Deep amber colour with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, some candy, mild caramel and alcohol tones with a bit of dried fruits and some apricot. Flavour is sweet fruit, wood, mild alcohol, plum, dried fruits and some cognac sweetness which also lifts the alcohol up a bit.

Tap at TCBW. Dark brown colour, small beige head. Very roasted aroma, dark bread, some vanilla. Full-bodied. Very sweet, vanilla, raisins, lots of malts. Dessert beer. Balanced, a tad sweet.

Flaska från Holy Mountain, 2020. Mörk mahogny/kastanjebrun. Doft och smak av kolaremmar, höstlöv, torkad frukt, kastanj. Massor av Bourbon och fat-toner, stramar åt riktigt snyggt. Förväntade mig mycket mer utav söt bomb, men fatlagringen stramar åt rejält. Bra med hetta, mycket snyggt, och gott.

500ml bottle. Smooth, sweetish and slightly caramely with some toffee, syrup, vanilla, bourbon and molasses, hints of figs and plums. Pretty nice.
Apple brandy bourbon #bil, the hype is real over this, now I want even more

Bottle @ Aaron Returns 2018. Pours dark brown with a brown head. Aromas of rye bread, vanilla, fudge, caramel, dark fruits, dark chocolate. Taste has lots of ryeish notes, caramel, bread, light fruity, vanilla, licoricey finish.
