Az Etalon egyszerre tisztelgés a tradíciók előtt, de útmutatás is a hazai kisüzemi sörfőzdéknek – amennyiben már unalmasak a kapros, dinnyés, gumimacis kísérletek és végre csak egy szimplán jó sört kóstolnánk. A kellemes keserűséget és a sör gerincét a malátás jegyek mellett a Kazbek és a Preminant komlók fűszeresebb aromái adják, melyhez alacsony alkoholtartalom (4,2%) és lágy kortyérzet párosul.

Fles geprobeerd met LiekevdV, Roelzie en Koenzie tijdens een escapeweekend in Budapest. Het is een helder goudgeel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een aroma van mout. De smaak is moutig, fris en hoppig.

500ml bottle. Minimalyl milky, yellow-ish, golden colour with average to huge, thick, dense, firm, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Spicy and minimally biscuity, pale malty and slightly leafy-grassy, minimally fruity, hoppy aroma, a touch of orchard fruit. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally biscuity, pale malty and slightly fruity and minimally leafy-grassy hoppy, hints of red and yellow apple, orchard fruit, mild hop bitterness, weak malty spiciness. Watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium, dense, prickly carbonation. Clean, balanced and harmonious, nicely hopped - almost a gem in a substandard style.

Clear and golden with a bog bubbly white head. Soft cereal aroma, grassy bitterness up front, fresh and crisp with some sweet light malt and fruity notes before a dry finish

Közepes, tömör, tartós hab, kristálytiszta borostyán szín. Lágeres, fűszeres, leheletnyit virágos illat. Fűszeres, virágos, kissé olajos ízvilág. Könnyű, közepesen szénsavas, enyhén keserű. Kellemes, sima kortyérzetű helles.
