Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass very zippy, huge head. Starts mild, modest grasy-malty, more and more moldy. A bit sourish background. Finish a bit unbalanced, still grasy-moldy. Not my favourite beer from that brewery.

Langweilig! 11/6/7/5/6/4

Bottle 500ml. w. swing top @ home.light unclear medium orange yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average to long duration, grainy, sweet malt. Very much left over sweetness. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is lively - heavy carbonated. [20110322]

(swing top bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a massive foamy white head. Mildly sweet grainy malty aroma with notes of biscuits and persipan. Sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderately carbonated mouthfeel. Solid grainy malty base with notes of honey and pistachios; sweet malty and slightly grainy finish. Nothing of complexity but very pleasant to drink. 08.IX.10

Bügelverschlußflasche: Golden, hazy, smaller loose white head; light to moderate sweet-grainy to malty nose with hints of bisquits; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, almost nedium-bodied; slightly lingering malty finish with traces of almonds. Pleasant session beer......
