Hab nélküli, sötétbarna színű. Szilvás, rumos, hordós, leheletnyit fahéjas illat. Édes-savanykás, szilvás, egész picit fahéjas, rumos ízek, enyhe vaníliás hordós aromákkal, talán némi sóval. Testes, enyhén szénsavas, enyhén keserű. Egészen finom lett.
