Honey IPA brewed with our friends of @kentfallsbrewing back when Barry and Abby were in town for their honeymoon. Brewed with our standard hazy protocol of base malt, wheat and flaked oats we used local honey during the fermentation to give a rustic sense of place vibe to it. Hopped Bru-1, El Dorado and Galaxy post fermentation this IPA is ending a bit dryer than out usual hazy hoppy beers. Full tropical and floral aromas with a light toutch of honey in the end.
