SUPERDELIC, WAIMEA & KOHIA NELSON HOP KIEF
TDH TIPA - our first TIPA is also our first collab with TUJU from Finland.
We had no doubt that hops line-up should be bold, so we reached for Superdelic with their hints of red fruit and candy, as well as Waimea from Freestyle Hops (NZ) that generate notes of fresh citrus and pine.
We augmented the tropical direction with one of the hottest innovations - Hop Kief in Kohia Nelson hop blend variety.
The right beer to ward off thoughts about the cold nuclear winter nights and scarcity of bomb shelters in certain places…

Draught at Zinc, Vaasa.
The beer poured hazy and light orange in color.
Citrus fruity nose. Tropical fruity, sweetish. Hides abv nicely without being too sweet. Excellent.

Canned, from Systembolaget. Hazy golden, small head, Aroma of graes, passionfruit, dill and pineapple. Sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Intense peppery alcohol dries it out. Fruity malt with lots of pineapple and passionfruit. Boozy finish.

Smell-weak fruits, hops, faint caramel.
Foam- thin, sweetness, faint caramel, some fruits, some hops. Head is quite small and white.
Appearance- nice and simple can. clear-ish yellow in in color, weak carbonation.

Taste - weak hops, weak fruits, some caramel, some alcohol, some sweetness. Warming feel. Very strong stuff, but I oddly enough enjoy it. But not seeking another one.

ZincFest2025. Hazy golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is nectar, some spiciness, mild fruits, citrus and a bit alcohol sweetness. Flavour is floral, fruity, citrusy, mild sweet malts with soem slight wooden and spicy tones to it.

44cl can from Sip, Tallinn. Pours hazy yellow to golden with a white head. Fruity and jammy with mild herbal notes, hints of citrus and pale malt. On the sweeter side, but fruity and refreshing with well integrated alcohol. Decent stuff.
