Bottle. Pours a near clear deep amber with a white head that dissipates quickly and completely. Aroma has a combination of earthy grain and earthy strawberry with a growing tartness. Flavor has a much more rich tart strawberry note with a growing acid and sweet grain backbone.

Bottle fram Bursprak. Many thanks. Amber orange colour, creamy foam disappears quickly. Very tart acedic with notes of vinegar. Light fruity, hints of strawberry. Refreshing but a bit onedimensional.

At a tasting, thanks DSG, stable bubbly head, cloudy murky deep orange color, soury fruity aroma with some oakiness, strong piercing fruity sourness, lemon like, and a light oakiness. Not too complex but great fun to drink.

Bottle shared at a tasting at Max’s place. Hazy orange. Lovely funky and fruity aroma, somewhat vinous, with some oak and sweat. Puckering sour flavor, vinous, oaky, with fruits (some strawberry), funk and lactic touches. MEdium-bodied. Leaves the mouth very dry. Really good.
