0,33 l bottle from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! BB 01.04.2025. Golden in the glass, slightly cloudy with a small one finger white head. Malty and floweresque with sharpness on the nose. Taste is pale malty, more soft than the nose, little bit dry, also fruity elements. Low bitterness.

Slightly hazy golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of flowers, dough, pale malt. Taste of herbal pale malt, yeast, dough.

Süffiger und cremiger, leicht hefiger Beginn. Milde, konstant bleibende Herbe, zunehmend trocken im Hintergrund. Spritzig, süffig, kantiger als die meisten Wiess/Kölsch. Gelungen. 9/9/11/9/8/9

Grainy fresh beginning. Easy to drink, moderate bitter with a fruity yeasty back. Nice grainy yeasty, soft and fresh.
