Bowstoff ist das erste Bier was wir selber nach unserem Geschmack angepasst und entwickelt haben. Der Name Bowstoff wurde gewählt da wir leidenschaftliche Bogenbauer und Schützen sind.

Big thank you to Erzengel for this 0,33 l bottle. BB 01.04.2025. Murky orange golden in the glass, small white head. Mostly wheat, yeast and orange on the nose. Taste starts with orange and wheat, yeast in the background, some coriander. Little bit more dry in the second part. Not bad.

Kräutrig hefiger, mild hopfiger Beginn. Leichte Herbe, Lavendel, feine Bitterkeit. Spritzig, hefig bleibend, langer Abgang, hohe Süffigkeit. 9/10/10/9/8/9

A clear golden yellow beer with a white lacing. Aroma of sweet wheat malt, dough, yeast. Taste of herbal wheat malt, dough, banana, yeast.

Floral beginning. Fruity, herbal. Lots of herbal hop oils, pine and resin, mild with a soft bitter finish. Nice.
