--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Clear amber, mid sized head. Toasty, somewhat leafy nose. Mid sweet with light to medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Caramel, leafs and minerals. Mid bitter finish.

Bottle (thanks to my parents!). Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is floral, some wooden, mild wooden and some slight caramel malty tones. Flavour is floral, wooden, some mild herbal and a bit caramel tones to it.

slightly sweet and grainy malty aroma with some hoppy balance, aroma reminds me first of all of the industrial vienna called classic in Denmark, sawdust, faint almost rye like malty note. Flavor has the bitterness i often find in english bitter beers, but the color is somewhat darker, somewhere between golden and light brown, the malts are sweeter and more prominent than in the usual english bitter. The total impressin is very good, the hops and malts match up well, and the beer tastes like it is a craft beer, not industrial. Lots of taste for the 4.5% abv and an interesting twist on english bitter.
