--Bottled, from Brew Brothers. -- Clear pale yellow, small head. Tart apple aroma. Tart with light body and crisp mouthfeel. Unripe apples. Distinct apple skin bitterness. Refreshing.

Bottle @ Sarajevo Film Festival. Small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich apples, lactose acid, little farmhouse, fruits and has a nice fruity finish.

16/8/2024. Bottle from the cider pop-up at Sarajevo Film Festival. Same name but new lower adv carbonated version produced for the wider market. Pours clear pale gold with a bubbly white head. Aroma is green apple, a little sulphur, twiggy, tannic and perfumed. Moderate to medium sweetness, light bitterness and tartness. Moderate body. Light drying bitter finish. Quite highly carbonated. Very different from the pet-nat 7.0% original.
