Cocoa on the nose, with delicate notes of walnut and a bit of little peach creating a pleasant, almost like cake vibe. At first the notes of cocoa that’s dominating, while the duo of walnuts and peaches arrive with the acidity, at the end of the sip. The sweetness from the vanilla keeps the composition together nicely. Acidity together cocoa is surprising at first, but the lovely finish will keep you coming back for more!
