Bottle split at Bruces, thanks to LKS, 28/11/14. Hazed orange amber topped with a moderate off white swirl. Nose is pine, tropical fruits, spice, blood orange. Taste carries a big mineral wash, bitter orange, light spice, biscuit, touch of tropicana. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough hoppy amber.

Bottle share at Bruce’s pad. Thanks to Leighton. Light haze on this deep gold beer, few cream colour bubbles not being a head. Palate is light, semi dry and crispy. Light thin malts with a trace of thin dry cream. Hops are spicy pine, well balanced with tangy marmalade. Turns to pinney bitterness and a little resin. Light dry finish. Very nice.

Very hazy amber deep red - amber beer, small pale cream coloured head. Palate is light and crispy and semi dry. Despite the deep colour the malt seems quite light. It provides enough sweetness to balance the fruity hops which bring a nice combination of of passion fruit and orange. Light orange pith and peel. Malt returns, this time bringing toffee and cream. Fairly dry finish. Nice amber.

Bottle shared in London - picked up from BeerRitz. Pours unclear orange-gold with a frothy white head. Nice orange citrus in the nose, some zesty lemon, bread, bit of pine. Light-medium sweet flavor with gritty, grainy malts, light earth, pine. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Lightly resinous on the finish, some dirty pine, light grass, orange rind. Good one.

Cask-conditioned at the Bag O’Nails, Bristol 30/6/2014. Slightly hazy amber in colour with a decent, white head. Mango and apricot fruit, a hint of green herbs, caramel sweetness and a dryish finish. Very good.

Bottle from Corks of Cotham. Copper coloured with next to no head and slight carbonation. Big, pine hop and citrus fruit aroma with a slightly herbal edge. Flavour had more tangerine fruit, some apricots, and crisp, biscuity malts. Finish was dryish with some resin. Excellent.
