DOOM & FUNK is the hoppy 2024 version of our Barrel Aged Golden Sour Ale with Grape Must, the 4th collab with our friend Levente Major of LEVENTE WINE following LEVENTE & FUNK we released in the May of 2022, SLUDGE & FUNK in the January of 2023 and MAJOR & FUNK from July, 2024. Together we chose Rakau hops all the way from New Zealand (remember that Levente is also known for experimenting with hops in his own wines and that was still a very understated way of putting it) to up the ante with subtle notes of apricot, peach and mango! If you liked MAJOR & FUNK, you’ll love DOOM & FUNK’s even more powerfully orchestrated complexity!!!

A DOOM & FUNK a Hordóérlelt Szőlőmustos Golden Sour Ale-ünk 2024-es komlós változata, a negyedik kollab Major Levente barátunkkal a 2022 májusában megjelent LEVENTE & FUNK, a 2023 januárjában premierezett SLUDGE & FUNK és a 2024 júliusi MAJOR & FUNK után. Az új-zélandi Rakau komlóra esett közösen a választásunk (ne felejtsük el, hogy Levi arról is ismert, hogy a saját borainál is előszeretettel kísérletezik komlókkal és akkor ez még egy nagyon visszafogott megfogalmazás volt), hogy a sárgabarackos-őszibarackos-mangós jegyeivel tovább emelje a tétet!
